A Bepudo point is any physical shop — newsstand, stationery store, pharmacy, local grocery… — that joins our agnostic network of convenience points. It receives parcels from different brands and operators under a single service standard, while keeping its identity and main business intact.

A physical shop open to the public with broad opening hours, a small space to store parcels (a couple of shelves are usually enough) and willingness to attend customers picking up or dropping off. We take care of the sign-up, training and basic equipment.

You earn from every parcel delivered and picked up. On top of that, you get income from selling group services (Lowi, Verisure and others) and, above all, the cross-sell uplift: 52% of those who pick up a parcel end up buying something else in your store.

The puntazos are our quality seal: gold, silver and bronze. They identify points based on service quality, user reviews, capacity and deployed services. The better you work, the more puntazos you accumulate and the more visibility you gain within the network.

No. Joining Bepudo is free and with no lock-in period. If at any time you want to leave the network, you can do it without penalty. We want you with us because it adds value, not because you signed a paper.

Once we receive your application, our team contacts you within 48 working hours. The operational onboarding usually completes in one or two weeks, including training your team and the technical setup.

From the Bepudo Network app you manage all operations: receiving parcels, scanning codes, confirming deliveries and checking your income in real time. Available for Android and iOS, free for points.

You have direct support from the app and by phone. Bepudo manages incidents between operator, point and end customer — you don't have to mediate between brands. We work to resolve any incident in under 24 hours.
